“He was the face of Jesus to all of us,”
St. Charles Borromeo School principal Linda Lacot's comment about our friend Athos in an article yesterday in the Arlington Catholic Standard.
Along with “Well done, good and faithful servant" and possibly "dad", no greater, or more sincere, words could be spoken of Athos. May we all follow his beautiful example and be Jesus for everyone we meet.

D'Art, it's a beautifully composed post and a very, very nice photo of Jeff. I'd never seen it. Thanks.
I never noticed how much Ath's mug really does look like . . . Ath's mug. The resemblance is rather striking when they're side by side like that.
(Mug, mug. It's a horrible pun. But I think Jeff would approve.)
RIP, dude.
Jeff would not only approved of your pun, but me thinks he would have tried to top you (O:
I was honored to be the Mass'keteers' rep at both the wake (with Lady Dawn) and the funeral today. I shed more than a few collective tears, and tonight will raise a few collective beers, all in honor of our friend and brother.
Thank you D'art. Those of us who could not be there in person were there in spirit. All 4 1 & 1 4 All.
I learned today of Jeff's death and am saddened to my core. I know that he prays for us now. He was a good man.
