Protestant Stations of the Cross

offered here by Dr. Mark Roberts. Because no such good inclinations should go unlinked.

Actually, Mark Roberts' stations (which follow JP II's stations) do not include the traditional station 6, with Veronica wiping the face of Jesus, so the El Greco image does not fit the link. But I liked it, and anyway, Athos and Aramis are getting kind of (erhem) relaxed in the visual arts provision department.

Well, er, if we find other Protestant efforts like Dr. Roberts' to do their things "more scripturally," shall we be sure to post them here, Porthos? What criteria shall we use?

I'd say let the Protestants do their things, but I personally don't see the need to applaud their deviated efforts from the the Catholic Church.

The art is nice, however.

Ath, as far as that goes, I was just asking for more art! I've released a long string of posts in my Massketeer binge without doing much in the way of visuals. But usually you two take care of that better than I.

About Roberts, no, of course you don't need to applaud. I thought it was a pretty good effort for a Presbyterian, though, and he followed JP II's stations, which is even better. I'll applaud, but it's purely an act of private whatchamacallits.

Of course, of course. Hair trigger idiocy on my part. Alas. All we like sheep and all that.

Waaaiiiitttt a minute, here. Maybe you like sheep, guy, but you can count me out on that one . . . There's a limit to this ALL 4 1 business, I'll have you know!

Oh, wait. Now I get it.

Never mind!
